I am writing this letter to inform you about the health problem that I have been experiencing in the recent past due to the office working conditions. It has been more than two weeks and I am still recovering from the ill-health.
I consulted the doctor and got to know that I am suffering from cold and flu. I was on fluids for a week and started recovering since then. I hope the conditions would get better soon by next week for me to join back to work.
I suspect that the temperature control machine was not working for more than a month. The central temperature that was set was very low and I have been experiencing extreme cold conditions to work in the office. As you know we have a lot of meetings to attend and it is becoming quite uncomfortable to continue to work for longer hours.
I request you to look into this issue and get the temperature control machine to be repaired.
