Dear Mr ________ ,
Dear Mr. White,
I am writing this letter to show an interest in volunteering for the three-day international school trip to India and I hope you will find this letter to the best of your knowledge in considering me to go with school children.
Since I was born in India and lived twenty-seven years of my life, I would be best the candidate to go as guardian on this international trip. Apart from that, I want my children to see the place where I came from and what kind of hard work it took to migrate to another country. I hope you will grant my wish to go along with my children as well as schoolchildren on this three-day trip.
Besides, I would be able to help schoolchildren in different ways such as showing the culture and its beautiful colors of India in the capital city which is New Delhi. I ensure that every child should learn about the history of my country and its traditional values. Also, I will take to the mouthwatering restaurants of our Indian food in itself the capital and other states which will be planned in the entire international school trip. Finally, I will prepare some of the activities for children as well as for the parents who will be joining in this trip.
If you will consider my request to come along with schoolchildren, I would request you to please share the details of the trip which includes the accommodation details, departure flight details, and charges of adults and children on this entire trip.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
