Dear Sir,
I am Shwatank, the father of Susan, who is a ninth-standard student in your school. I am writings this letter to let you know that, as you are exploring parents, who could accompany students on the international trip to India, I would like to nominate myself.
There are two main reasons that are strong enough to prove my eligibility for this task. Firstly, I am a native Indian speaker, I can easily act as a translator between children and the Indian people. This would be easy for schoolchildren while their stay in India. In addition, I have spent my childhood in India, I can take kids around and show them places of their interests.
Moreover, I am aware of Indian cultures and traditions. Thus, I will make sure that each student gets involved in the local activities and learn the culture.
Plus, chiefly, I would also ensure their safety and security, along with this I would make this sure that they have adequate sleep and a healthy diet on their entire vacation.
Finally, if you concur with this application, I would like to get some basic information from you like the number of students traveling, the departure date, and the agenda of travel.
I am hoping to receive a positive response from you.
