Your child is going on a three day school trip to another country. The head teacher wants to find parents to go with the group and you would like to go.Write a letter to the head teacher. In your letter:•Say why you would like to go on the trip•Sugges

Dear Mr. Friis,

I am glad that the school has given the option to pupils’ parents to accompany them on the trip, which is due next month.

The reason why I am happy with this announcement from your side is that, unfortunately, my son is suffering from asthma and due to which his mother and I never allow him to go alone especially when it is foreign travel. So, this will allow me to be with him and it will comfort his mother.

Although my addition to the trip is necessary for my son, however, it will also benefit the other children as I have been to the trip destination of Singapore a couple of times. I am also befriended with few local expert tour guides and that would allow us to explore the most in those three days.

I hope if you would be able to share with me the details and schedule of those three days so that I could have a look and advice for any suitable additions or amendments to the plan. I am certain that you can leverage my past traveling experience and connections to make the most out of this journey.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
Bilal Ahmed
