Dear Sir,
My name is James, my daughter Mary is studying in class fifth in your school. As your school is organizing an international trip to Toronto for group of students and my daughter is also joining that group. I came to know that you are looking for parents to go along with that group, so I want to volunteer my name for the trip by the means of this letter.
You will be delighted to know that, I worked in Toronto for 5 years in Sun Software solution during the initial years of my career. If I join the group, it would be win-win situation for both of us, as it will give me an opportunity to meet my old friends as well as I will take care of your students to make this tour a great success. I am familiar about the main tourist attractions and transport facilities of that area. I know few people there who are working with some of the great hotels and restaurants so comfortable stay and hygienic food will not be a problem for your students.
I request you, could share your travel plans details, like date and total number of students going. If you want me to arrange the booking in restaurants for meals, kindly provide the details for the food preferences in Veg and Non-Veg categories.
Hope you will consider my request positively and give me the opportunity to help to organize a better trip.
Yours faithfully,
James
