Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to seek your approval on the three-day school trip with children because you are looking for parents to go with the schoolchildren group. And, I will be happy to be part of this small vacation.
Since last year my wife was planning to go to our hometown in India, and after hearing about the school trip news, I was extremely happy to get an opportunity for a vacation. Plus, it would be great to go along with the schoolchildren as more people more fun.
Besides, I am an Indian, and I know my country from inch by inch as I am a traveler since I was a teenager. I know famous places to visit in India along with the art, culture, and best places to eat. I could take children to well-known historical states in India, and will be a best tour guide for them.
If you allow me and my wife to come onto this small vacation, I would like to know more details such as the dates, timings of departure and return from the Airport along with the holiday expense.
I am hoping to seek your approval on this request, If me and my wife are the right candidates for children to go onto this three-day school trip.
