My present accommodation is quiet a large house with 4 detached bedroom and has a large garden. Also it is close to local hospital and town school which is more convenient for my family. Also other amenities such as shopping mall, gym and sport center are nearby.
On the other hand, I think current house might suit your need as it contains 2 bedrooms with en-suits and also situated it friendly and quiet environment. It is just 5 minutes walk to city center and 10 minutes car drive to the office. It also has a leisure center and sport arena which is about 5 minutes car drive. And also its nearby the lake, during summer it would be a best time to go for fishing or occasional swim.
I hope you find this information useful.
