Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my unhappiness because of your consideration to close sports and leisure centre which is located near to our apartment.
Let me explain the situation in more detail. This sports club is a vital place for our residents, most of them are a member of this centre for last few years. Me and my friends actively using the tennis court in daily basis. Furthermore, my kid practice basket ball with his friends every evening. Moreover, meeting hall widely used by our tenants for celebrations and board meetings. This is the only club located in our area and the center place to connect people. It is important to continue the service, otherwise there is a chance where people from this location might move to different place. Physical activities are good to lead a healthy life, we are left with only this center to spend our free time to do exercise, also for social gathering. By closing this will bring adverse results in health such as obesity. Please reconsider our requests to continue the service.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon,
Yours faithfully,
Sreenivasan M
