Dear Mr and Mrs Paul,
I am writing in reference to your recent complaint regarding frequent noise from our home. Although we never thought that our fun would cause disturbance in your daily routine, we sincerely regret for the same.
Let me explain in detail to you. Few days ago some our close relatives have visited us from our native town for their daughter’s wedding. Since we met after a long time and all were excited about the wedding, During the planning of event which includes dance and music in enthusiasm we forgot to keep the volume of both our tone and musical devices down.
However, we understand that due to the noise it would be very difficult for you to do your routine work and moreover we know that your daughter’s exam is due next month so it would have been difficult for her to concentrate on her studies.
We assure you that we would be extremely cautious in future not to cause any inconvenience to you. We will Keep in mind not to get carried away while discussing the programmes and try to keep the volume of music system as low as possible.
Once again we request you to accept our apologies and forgive us for all the trouble caused to you.
