Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my apologies to you, which is about the disruption due to the noise from my flat. We have never disturbed any of our neighbors before, I would say it was just out of my thoughts, request you to consider below mentioned reasons.
As i think this could be the first time we had received the complaint, however we totally agree that it is my fault for not informing you in prior of the scheduled birthday party at our flat. We had invited all our relatives as well as friends; most imperatively the gathering is for Children's. Along with gradual increase in the music also part of affecting the environment. In addition, possibly this is all relates to unavailability of our apartment function hall.Therefore, all together leads to an issue.
Consequently, the party tends to receive complaint letter from you. Provide me an opportunity to apologies for the mistake, which has been done.Furthermore, I would appreciate if you could able to understand the circumstances.
Finally, I can ensure that, it will never happen the same again. I take up this as a priority task and lesson learnt topic. On the other hand from next on words, I should endeavour to arrange the family meet outside the flat.
