Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to express my regrets due to the noises in my house, which is caused by the labours.
My sister has recently delivered a little bundle of happiness and has requested to stay at my place for a few days. For this reason, I have invited some people to set up a nursery for my nephew, not realising it will be so noisy as to disturb the neighbours.
I have requested the labours to work during the morning hours, when all the residents have set off to their work or school. Though it might still disturb the residents who stay at home, I would request to be patient for 3 more days, as the work is nearly complete.
I am again sorry for the trouble caused and invite you to visit my resident next week to visit our new guest. Thank you for your cooperation.
