These days more fathers stay at home and take care of their children while mothers go out to work. What could be the reasons for this? Do you think it is a positive or a negative development?
This is a new phenomenon that men are more likely to increase for taking a role as househusband, while more women are the breadwinners in their families. This is happened due to several reasons and I believe that it has a positive impact.
Needless to say, people afford to accept a new social changing especially the proportion of household chores. A study carried out by California University reveals that that women tend to have a high-position in their job and this figure was a remarkable rise in 2010, showing up to 80% in America. Women, nowadays, have their brilliant career and try to pursue their high-level of job. It creates a new impact on house responsibility taken over by men. As a consequence, families realize their partner jobs when they have marital status.
The positive development is about the contribution of men for helping their families. In modern era, men have their own responsibilities for upbringing their children. As such, this is a fair situation where it has same proportion for doing chores. Men will appreciate the women responsible when they know what they do. To exemplify, they will learn about how to maintain good communication with children and build an inimitable bond between father and children. As a result, father gives a positive role model for their children.
The aforementioned evidence shows that it seems taking care children by mothers who have works getting more positive effect than negative for upbringing children. While changing a new culture in societies is the main point why this problem could happen, this issue has positive impact when father receives a high proportion to do household. Where possible, inhabitants should give honor to partners’ job.
