To embark with, as it can be observed that work burden has been escalated on worker's shoulder in recent years.It is happening due to competitive scenario.As a result, the small mistakes has taken the shape of mountain which effects the work efficiency as well as result of production.So to ameliorate this problem boss should interduce monthly vocations to hiredhands so that they can get relief from work and rejuvenate themsalves.To illustrate with, all the international work industeries give break their workers as a gift to boom their production level.
