Fast food is becoming one part of life everywhere; this has bad effects on our lifestyle and diet. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Consumption is being altered, ready meals are becoming inherent part of menu all around the world imfluencing negatively on people's life approaches and eating habits.
I do disagree to this standpoint since this is all about convenince seekers and passive life owners. I shall fill our furthcoming paragraphs with sharp arguments and evidences to them.
Number one life rule is keeping balance and it is about eating habit too, having a sense of satisfaction eating a portion of junk food is not hazardous as people claim about. Overconsumption of ready meals is not as harmflu as restourant meals since former one is made within the ingredients of letter one, keeping avarage amount doest bring any diseas or digestion issues.
Moreover, fast food is comfortable in rush. Fast development of the world intends us to do more, obviously there is almost no time to have home-made meals or enjoy restourant ones. Fast food gives us an opportunity to do and have simultaneously since this is easy to consume and available, besides there myriad possibilites of them to order which helps to save time and ameliorates effectiveness, importantly fast foods are affordable which increases demand on it. Nevertheless, as a fact almost 60 percent of ingredients are fresh proving that it contains various nutritions in it to maintain neccessities of people at once in their lifestyle.
The further it is the more demandable, rapid peace of life inteds people to work more to do more, to satisfy themselves and needs of their body. Scientists and chefs are fascinated to explore more useful and high colory meals which avoid negative consequences.
No doubt, overconsumprion is bad, people trying to get pleasure end up with eating a lot which leads to eating disorder while some are not able to have their meals on time which is another factor of gaining illness not depending on tyle of food consumed. Passive lifestyle is the main source of all sicknesses as they lead to negative health results such as diabet, obesity and miscirculation of blood even though having any meal in balance.
To conlude, Individually I do belive having spoilt lifestyle or diet is not about the type of meal, it is all about amount and activeness of one after consuming,
