I am writing to you to bring to your notice the problem that I faced in Hill Top Hotel, Singapore. I have reached Singapore today morning at 8 P.M. Once I checked in my room, I have revealed that air condition is faulty. As you know, Singapore is super humid these days and faulty air condition makes my stay unpleasant.
Initially, I have informed the hotel manager about the issue and he seems to be very reluctant about the problem. I have requested for room change as well, but they simply deny because there is no extra room available. I am requesting you to change my hotel as soon as possible so that I can give final touch to my presentation for tomorrow’s seminar.
Kindly do check hotel conditions prior to book a room, which will help you to avoid this kind of issues. Moreover, you can reserve extra room for your client to avoid room non-availability. Had not landed on Singapore early morning, I would have been in a difficult condition.
