Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in reference to clarify on a recent transaction in which $240 is overdrawn and the bank will be charging $70 as a penalty which will be taken directly from my account. As you are aware that I am holding a saving bank account with ANZ bank for the past fifteen years and I can say that it has been a privilege to be your customer.
However last week I went to the banking kiosk to withdraw money and instead of debiting $240 from my account only once, the money was debited twice. I informed customer care immediately of this transaction and they assured to have taken note of my request and advised that the money will be credited back into my account within 48 hours as it was due to the faulty banking kiosk.
Hence I would request you give an explanation and help to resolve this matter and credit back $240 in my bank account immediately.
I look forward to your immediate resolution on the same.
