Agree or not agree with the following statement? When teachers assign projects on which students must work together, the students learn much more effectively than when they are asked to work alone on projects.

Students sometimes need to do homework or some projects during their educational year. In some cases, the professor says to them that they must be a member of a group. Whether or not they like, being a part of the group has its effects on persons. Some people feel that group works are more effective in learning than lonely doing jobs. In my opinion, team-work has many benefits. I believe in this way for couple of reasons, which I will explain in the following essay.

To begin with, first and foremost reason that I feel in this way lies in the belief that work in all types of groups helps the person to cover the teams and people of groups weaknesses which never could be solved by that person solely. It is probable that a member do not know a method or solution to the problem and another one has a comprehensive definition for that subject. For example, I remember that when I was a university freshman, I had a course in the mechanical science. Our professor asked us to make a method which simulates particles movement in air. I did not have any idea about how should use basic concepts in the mechanic to have a precise simulation for this project. I went to visit the professor and he proposed me to be a member of a group who were working in the similar topic. Being with those people helps me to found many ways for managing the project. Anyone in that group has a suggestion which make a new road to reach the goal in the project.

Moreover, working in the group helps people to waste less time. A person has a duty to buy requeirements, another one must make a plan for persons or team and the older man is a manager. It is obvious that in this strategy, time is not critical parameter and by saving that, group can improve the quality of the project. For instance, my father works in the car designing office. In his career, the office gives some special projects about designing a new luxury car. Therefore, any member knows his duties and works on his section. For this reason, every one can have a plan for his outside life. Additionally, he can be a calm and stress-less or in order person. In addition, the company reduces the spending money on extra-hour works because any worker realize that he must do his job very well and in time. So if he do not his work in good way, the project may face a bad result and finally they would lost their job and income.

I do not deny that working alone has a little benefits like, don’t have a concern about others or plan a project based on your favorites. But I am sure that the chance of those kinds of benefits are very small.

In summary, taking account of all reasons that are explained in the essay, we may reach a conclusion that work in the group helps students to learn more and get a better result. The reason who claimed in the essay were: Covering weaknesses, get more suggestions in the group, and wasting little time and using remaining time for enhancing the project.
