Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? If people have the opportunity to get a secure job, they should take it right away rather than wait for a job that would be more satisfying. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
Finding the most satisfying job is one of the hardest things. Some jobs may pay you well but at the same time they could be extremely stressful. Other jobs might be more relaxed but the compensation is very little compared to the effort exerted on the job. We also cannot forget the workplace environment and how you are able to get along with other coworkers. This last factor is one of the most important to consider in a job. Thus, I agree with the statement that people should accept an offer for a secure job right away instead of waiting for the most fulfilling position. I feel this way for many reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, landing on the most rewarding job only comes through trial and error. So many factors could affect the quality of a job, such as coworkers, managers, pay, the actual tasks required for the job and even the time-off policies. For instance, reading about companies' policies is not enough to get a comprehensive idea about the actual policies or how they are implemented. For example, the rules of taking vacation or time off work could be more flexible than it's declared in the firm employee book. As a result, being a team member is the only way to discover the real values of an organization.
Secondly, waiting for the best job offer could be a waste of time. Getting into the field and gaining more experience that could be added to one's resume is the right thing to do. Moreover, any employment gaps could be a subject of questions on future interviews. Seizing opportunities, on the other hand, makes job candidates more competitive. Furthermore, people learn various skills from different jobs. My own experience is a compelling example on that. When I moved to California, I was hesitant at first to accept jobs that was not related to my career. Nevertheless, once I started working on some of these jobs, I came to realize that I honestly could gain valuable experience from these simple part-time jobs. Consequently, people should try to work as many jobs as they can since this will hone their skills and abilities.
To sum up, I am of the opinion that an opportunity sometimes does not come twice and individuals should accept a secure job and should not wait for better packages. This is mainly due to the fact that experimentation is the only technique to capture the most suitable position that matches your capabilities and qualifications. What's more, staying out of the workforce could have a negative impact on your resume.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
