Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?Because modern life is very complex, it is essential for young people to have the ability to plan and organize.Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
I agree that, it is necessary for individuals to have the ability to plan and organize their work. I will substantiate my perspective in forthcoming paragraphs emphasizing on two salient reasons.
To begin with, prudent planning endows individuals with opportunity to complete the task in more efficient way. With the burgeoning responsibilities in almost every job that people undertake, it's very difficult for them to effectively culminate the task as it demands a lot of hard work. However, if they plan their to-do list effectively, they can finish their work with ease. For instance, when I was preparing for my undergraduate entrance for university, I had quite a lot of materials to cover. In one hand, I needed to cover all the basic mathematics and science terms, while in other hand, I had to practice a lot of essays, general knowledge and current affair questions. So, I started to make a plan and tried to organize my reading materials. I started giving two days for each section before moving to other and by that way I found it quite easy to understand the contents. Had I not planned and kept randomly switching over different sections, I would have ended messing up the test.
In addition, proper organization and planning helps to reduce the stress. Generally speaking, people are fraught with anxiety and mental stress, when they are stuck with certain problem in their job. In such cases, planning and organizing things can turn out to be a panacea. To illustrate, I can vividly recall my first research project that I undertook during my university days. I was not being able to properly carry out the experiments in lab as I was not finding any way out of a problem. However, my professor advised me to move on with other experiments with proper planning instead of dwelling on a single problem. He maintained that I should prepare to-do list of experiments with the start of every week and should try to consult with him for those experiments that I could not finish/that failed. When I started to plan as he suggested, it was far more easier for him to show the direction for my research and it helped me a lot to get rid of mental pressure of not being able to finish the project in time.
By the way of conclusion, based on the arguments aforementioned, it is reasonable to believe that it is indeed necessary for young people to plan and organize their tasks. This is mainly because they can complete their work with greater efficiency and with fewer stress.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
