do you agree or disagree with the following statements? because modern life in very complex, it is essential for young people to have the ability to plan and organize. use specific reasons and examples to support you answer.
There is no denying to the fact that having an organized plan has always played a pivotal rule in every person's success, and without any doubt having the ability to plan in the course of life make a significant contribution to development of personal and social life. In a sophisticated word, where we are living, it is essential that people improve this ability to have an efficacious life. The controversial question which arise here is whether having the ability to plan and organize is essential for young people in today's word. I personally contend that this ability can pave the way for being successful in today's word. In what follows, two elaborated reasons will vindicate my standpoints.
The first reason is that nowadays the population of the world is increasing in an unexpected way. Moreover, as it felt easily, the style of living has evolved thank to the galloping rate of technology improvement in today's world, so there are various kinds of facilities which are available for young people. These facilities bring about more competition between young people specially who want to utilize these facilities in an excellent way. If young people want to achieve their goals, they have to utilize these facilities with an organized plan not only for the short time, but also for the long time. These help them to be more successful in the course of their life whether their social lives of their personal lives. For example. There are a profuse amount of facilities in education system such as online classes, online workshops, diverse data bases, an ample books as well as resources, to name but a few. Young people require to be a membership in order to access to these facilities. Moreover, if they want to use these amenities, they have to reserve or plan because of the competition for barrow these services. As a result, the faster the students are, the more possibility to access to these amenities.
Secondly, although by the advent of technology human's life has been made easy and convenient, they have more complex issues, problems, obligations, responsibilities, and tasks beside them. If young people do not have the ability to plan their goals and their works, they will face many issues and difficulties. They are not able to solve their problems too. Because of the fact that people who usually do not have plan for their works and tasks, they are not able to manage when they face difficulties. For example in the university student face many difficulties and they have more obligations, tasks and duties, if they do not have the ability to plan, it has a destructive and detrimental impact on their performance.
In short, all the aforementioned reasons lead us to the conclusion that in today's word the importance of having the ability to place is increasing every day. Young people can plan improve this ability even form younger age to have a better and successful life.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
