People learn things better from those at their own level- such as fellow students or co workers- than from those at a higher level, such as teachers or supervisors.
Learning is essential in our life to be able to servive the fast changing that we face. In fact, it is very important to get the information from the right person. In my view, people learn things better from those at a higher level, such as teachers or supervisors than from those at their own level.
First, teachers usually know more than fellow students, so when people learn from them, they will get complete information. For instance, last month, my brother Rami was sick. He missed many classes from his university. He said that he is going to ask the professor to repeat them for him, but his friend offered to teach him instead. Rami accepted that. Unfortunately, he learned from his friend view which means he did not have all the information. That is why he failed his test last week.
Second, supervisors or teachers have an experience in teaching. They have more creative ways to make students understand any topic. For example, when my second brother Sami was an intern in CVS pharmacy, and he faced a difficulty in learning how to use the computer system, his Co-worker tried to help him and show him how to do it, but still he did not get it. After a week of trying without any result, he asked his supervisor about it. She was very friendly, and she teaches him with patient. At first, she explained they way that their computer works, then she gave him an examples, and at the end she supervised him in two or three cases to make sure that he can do it. sami now is the best intern in using the pharmacy computer system, and he is expecting to be assigned for a full time job position next month due to his good performance.
To sum up, I think people should learn from their teachers, professors, and supervisors not only because they know better about things, but also they are experts in teaching. Moreover, I suggest that they have to offer extra hours for students and employees, so they can ask questions about anything they do not know.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
