The reading and the lecture are both about a research which had done on the fossil of Tyrannosaurus rex or T. rex and the discovery of some materials from breaking its leg bone. The author in the reading provides three reason to prove that there are materials that shows the remains of blood vessel, red blood cells and collagen matrix of T.rex. The lecturer on the other hand, provides some explanation to refuse each claim separately.
First of all, the author in the text mentions that there are many empty holes that disclose the bone blood vessel and there is some smooth and pliable organic material inside them. The professor in the lecture rejects the idea given by text by asserting that there are some bacteria colonize in and create hollow structures and that soft and flexible materials could be the residue of those bacteria.
Secondly, it is mentioned in the text that some spheres that can be the remnant of blood vessels are disclosed by microscopic assessment. As a result of the test, The spheres had reddish color iron. The instructor in the lecture posits that this issues are not a reliable sources to prove blood cell residue, he added that that reddish material can be the reddish mineral.
Finally, the author in the text contends that collagen is found as a result of researchers' test. So, that shows the remnant of collagen in the leg bone of T. rex. The professor, however, asserts that collagen can not las more than 1000 years but this fossil is related to 70 million years ago. He added that those animals do not contain collagen, it may be related to human skin or researchers who was handling the fossil.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
