Employees of businesses should be hired for their entire lives when they get jobs. Agree or disagree.
Everybody have a work in order to survive to era of cut through competitions. There are two broad options are available businesses and job. Take 5 m’s very important to survive in the business which are men, money, material, method, and machine, out of this men is important. In the businesses lot of proposition and works are done for the recruitment and hired. Lot of decision are taken of the business men then time duration’s salary and so on. They hired the entire life or temporary job. I agree with the statement that "Employees of businesses should be hired for their entire lives when they get jobs".
Firstly, employees gets the job is most requirement of the business. The secured feelings are important part for employees and it is provided security employees. The company gets the satisfaction from the work they are provided a more benefit to a employees. For an example, My uncle give their hard work for their company then their company achieve a high profit and also increase salary then they feel secured for their jobs.
Furthermore, employees hired for every year that company have to cut the profit because of they spend lot of money in train to the employee and spend lot of time for them. However, in business hired entire life then they don’t west time and as well as don’t west businesses money. The time and money saved can always be useful for the employees. For an example, government school hired teacher for entire lives so they not hired every time new teacher in school. It’s benefit for a government.
Moreover, businesses are hired a entire live then they have a lot of experience peoples. They benefit of the business work. it’s also provide a family environment and a good relationship for all living power of company. For an example, my father work in Infotech company since 25 years. He has a good relationship with all employees and they feel like a family.
In a nutshell, employees should fell secure and business should save time and money. I agree with the statement that "Employees of businesses should be hired for their entire lives when they get jobs".
