First of all, The author states, the trip take at least two years , so it's difficl to supply enough food, water and oxygen for astronauts,as comper to the trip to moon which take only few days. This point challenged by professor. She says, the astonauts can use hydrobonic techinge, in which they plant the hydrobonic in water instead of solid. These plants are used as food, and can recycle the water to puir evaporated water, then can collected and use it for drinking, also these plants take CO2 and release O2, so supply fresh air.
Second, the author mention,the astronauts stay in the space with zero gravity for along time lead to the muscles weakness and decrease vbone density. The lecturer debutted this urgument. She elaborates, the astronauts can do excersices to orevent muscles weakness, and take vitamins and calicume to strength their bones.
Finally, the writer states, astronauts on a mission exposed to harm radiation emited by sun, because they are far from rarth' magnetic field. In the other hand the lecturer posits, not all radiation is harmfull.
