This claim is challenged by the lecturer, who says that a big group can be stuck in dicussions that do not let the work go on, and hence, the objectives are not reached in the optimum frame of time.
Finally, the author of the reading states that all members of a team are capable of stand out more than in individual tasks. This exposition is again challenged by the lecturer. According to him, those members who have bigger influence can enforce their ideas and ignore signs of failure, although other members predicted this end beforehand, and yet the reproaches are equally distribuited among all the group.
