The article diccisses using new regulations for potecting environment from chemicals. But the text thinks these regulations are not required and might have negative consequenses. text provides three reasons. The lecture rejects the text's reasons and state these rules are essential and supports that with three reasons.
first, the professor states that pouring waste of companies into ponds must be banned. These hazardouse chemicals that enter into facial waters cause a lot of damae to invironment. for example these chemicals leak to grounds. Because of these bad censequences, a restrict rule is need.
second, the lecture states that existing confirm rules for handling is essential. Also, companies must be responsible about the cycling their waste materials. For example, mercury is a very dangerous material. The text claims that cycling causes using of these materials decreases, but in reality when mercury recycles the amount of consumption of this material does not decreas.
third, the text states that the cost will decrease. howeve, the professor avers that these increase is just one percent. one percent for having a clean environment is not that much. So, the professor explains that it worth it to spending money for having clean atmosphere.
