Overall, Tokyo and London, were highest plummeted house prices in first 5 years of period compared to highest rate in Frankfurt.In next 7 Years, London had highest growth in house estate and Tokyo had still lowest cost on Houses.
In first period, Average house prices became same for Madrid and Frankfurt (1.5 % and 2% respectively).In Tokyo,House prices were lowest around 7% decrease. Scenario for London was same as Tokyo.However, Quiet little decrease price in new York compare to lowest cities.
Next 7 Years of period, In London, Prices of houses rocketed to 12% rates.German city had negligible changed compared with above 5 years.In Tokyo, Price of houses became higher but still lower than based year(-5% changed).New York had positive 5% increase in real estate which was 1% higher than Madrid.
