Dear Mr. Tharaka,
I am writing to you, with utmost disappointment to notice that, you have ignored several verbal communication had with you on disposing of garbage. You do not manage it properly, as we cannot bear the smell. Not only me, my children and elderly mother often struggle with health issue, due to the improper manner.
Moreover, I have been facing this issue since last month after you all moved newly into this house. I was tolerating it during initial weeks, but did not see any improvements. Further, I was being reminding on this politely for the past several weeks and annoyed to notice that, no any precautions have been made.
As a last reminder, I urge you follow the proper steps in disposing your home waste. Adding to that, please store all your waste in a bin and close it until the collectors collect them. Furthermore, store them in an isolated area in your home, if the wastes are not collected by them on a particular day.
Thanking you
yours faithfully,
R. Aravindhan
