The picture illustrates the process of producing liquid chocolate for being used daily. It is clear that there are 10 distinct stages in the process, from the growth of the cacao tree to the product of chocolate. The report will discuss the stages in the process.
At the beginning of the process, the cacao trees are mainly planted in S. America, Africa and Indonesia for being taken ripe red pods. In the next stage, the pods are harvested before the white cocoa are removed carefully outside from them. After removing, beans are fermented and spread for a while in the sun to dry completely. At the following stage, they are put in the large pack cautiously to be transported by train or lorry to factory. At the factory, beans are roasted in 350o C and then crushed sufficiently which makes outer shell be removed. In the final stage, inner part is pressed to produce liquid chocolate.
