Overall, the usage of all the modern technology increased steadily over the period given. CD players were the most accessible, while the internet was the least from 1996 to 2003.
In 1996, the usage of CD players was just under 60%. which had the highest accessibility, and rose steadily to over 80% in 2003. The internet was recorded firstly in 1998, with a start of around 10%, climbing to over 40% in 2003.
There was a relatively stable increase in the usage of home computers between 1996 and 2003, from around 30% to around 55%. In terms of mobile phones, there was a dramatic rise over the period given, and its accessibility surpassed that of home computers after 1999, taking up the second place of the four modern technology afterwards.
