Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves?
Some people argue that, helping poor countries is the obligation of developed countries while others hold the opinion that poor countries should develop by themselves and not to be in need of any help from abroad. So what is the best way of solving this problem?
It is acknowledged that, the economy for most poor countries depend on wealthy countries’ aids and developed countries should extend undertaking appropriate obligations in this regard. For example, not every poor country has their own education system which provides people with all the facilities like universities, internship programs etc. In addition, the people of poor countries are mostly undernourished which exhaust their strength and compels them to live only for earning daily meals. Therefore, poor countries do need to be supported.
Nevertheless, the severity of the economic collapse of poor countries can be subsided by taking well founded precautions. As an example, wealthy countries should provide credits for underdeveloped countries which will give them a chance to thrive their economy. Moreover, wealthy countries can invest capitals for education system of poor countries and preserve their own interests by showing the world their endeavors. For instance, any university can be built in the territory of poor country and name after any prominent person of wealthy country. By acting like this poor countries could establish their own education system and wealthy ones will get a huge amount of profit.
In conclusion, taking both sets of arguments I strongly believe that wealthy countries should cease helping poor countries and alter this action by investing capitals for poor ones. Underdeveloped countries need to be supported therefore to develop.
