It is a common pattern that graduated people from university continue to find job in the work life. There are many choices of sector that could be choosen by job seeker such as government, industry and agriculture. Some people claim that males and females have different field in the terms of job while the others think every person has same opportunity to find a job without considering the gender. This essay would argue that men and women have different qualities in the work life that is related to different characteristic between males and females.

Some people claim that males and females do not to be separated in the terms of job in work life. By the developing of business world, the number of employment increase and there is no consideration about gender to fulfill the employment. For example, there are many women are working in the field because employers want to run their business and also to decrease the number of unemployment.

However, the others argue that jobs for males and females have to be differed because they have different characteristic. Women tend to be more creative and detail than men, so they are suitable for job that is required creativity and detail such as secretary, accountant, and treasury. Women could do the jobs well compared with men who could not do jobs in detail.

In addition, men with “risky” characteristic are suitable for job in the field like technician, operator in mining industry and surveyor. These jobs are required to work hard in the field and perhaps could not be done well by women. However, there are some jobs that could be done by men and women such as doctor, teacher and lecturer.

To sum up, men and women have different qualities for every job and it is occurred because male and female have different characteristic. Employers should consider about gender to give suitable work for men and women.
