Dear Sir,
I am writing to you with regret that, we had a terrible experience during our last meeting at your renowned hotel. We know that it offers great facilities as has been the case in the past. So we opted for your hotel for a high level meeting with foreign delegation. But unfortunately this time our experience was very bad as it did not come up to the mark for which it was famous.
We had multiple problems this time and were extremely disappointed. The sitting and table arrangements were not satisfactory, poor and unhygienic things were noted, table covers were not properly dry cleaned, the furniture was not comfortable, the form was torn and they had no coverings. It brought your impression down as well as embarrassment for us to be the host.
Kindly review and revisit your hotel’s meeting room in order to properly maintain it. Take practical steps on your own to comfort your customers. Hotel necessities should be properly and readily available without any anxiety for the visitors. I hope these problems will be negated prior to our next meeting.
