The line graph illustrates the amount of books that were lent in June, July, August and September in the year 2014 from West Eaton, Ryeslip, Sutton Wood and Church Mount libraries. While, the pie chart provides information about the rates of books that were lent by category during this time.
Overall, there was an upward trend in the borrowed books from West Eaton Church Mount and Sutton Wood libraries with some fluctuation in the last mentioned, however, the Ryeslip library showed a downtrend. Also, the biggest type of borrowed books was the Fiction category, however, the smallest type went to Self-Help books.
Firstly, West Eaton and Church Mount libraries rose sharply during the period as about 150 books, while West Eaton library showed a period of stability between August and September, and Sutton Wood library experienced a gradual increase to July with around 275 books, then it fluctuated and it felt down to 100 books in August, finally it peaked up to 300 books in September. About Ryeslip library Showed a sharp decline during the period and recorded less than 200 books in September.
Thereafter, the fiction section was the biggest category and it was 43 percent, followed by the Biography and it recorded about one-fifth lastly, while the Self-Help books was the lowest borrowed type and scored only 10 percent.
