Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that on my vacation to Spain last week, I misplaced my brand new Black Samsung Galaxy X phone but have a transparent screen. In addition, the back has a small star-like decoration and it is password protected.
Let me explain in details how the phone got lost. I was at Down Town Cafe in Barcelona, on Saturday 15th July 2018, and then suddenly my phone rang. It was the hotel manager calling me that there is an emergency at the hotel so I should evacuate the building thinking I was inside my room. Unfortunately, this sets me into confusion because I had very important documents in my bag which is inside my room. From then, I cannot remember where I dropped the phone and I have been calling the number ever since.
It is good a thing that I had insured all my belonging to your company. Could you please make the necessary arrangements for me to get a replacement handset because I cannot work effectively and efficiently without it?
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
Yours faithfully,
Martin Oben.
