You eat at your college canteen every time. You think it needs some improvements. write a letter to the principal.
In your letter:
. discuss what you like about the canteen
. what you do not like about it.
. suggest improvements
Dear Sir
I am one of the third year students of your college and writing this letter to draw your attention towards several issues of the cafeteria which need to be improved.
I always have my two times meal at college canteen. The quality of the food provided is very good. Besides that, all the eatables are available at reasonable prices which can be easily affordable by all the learners. Moreover, cafeteria is quite large and has proper ventilation which is a good thing as students do not feel difficulties while sitting in canteen during summer days.
On other hand there are some problems which need to look upon. There is no proper place to dump the wasted food and to place the used plates. So, students leave their plates on the table which make the environment unhygienic as the flies keep on roaming on the food left on tables.
It is necessary to take action to resolve these issues otherwise there might be chances of diseases to spread. To throw the left over eatables, dustbins must be placed in one corner and trolleys or racks should be provided to place the used plates. I hope that you will think about the outcomes of the issues and try to resolve them.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully
John Smith
