The given diagram illustrates the process in which coffee is produced and prepared for purchase in markets.
As can be clearly seen from the chart, there are roughly 11 steps in the process. Beginning with collecting coffee bean from farms and ending with packing into jars.
At the initial steps, raw coffee beans is collected by hand from garderns. Afterthat, coffee is dried below the sunlight. Next, the beans are roasted with stable temperature. At the fourth step, a cold storage is used to lower coffee temperature quicly. The beans then are grinded and mixed with hot water at the two next steps.
After being mixed, the mixture is strained and freezed at low temperature. Next step, the mixture is grind one more time before coming to the next stage. At the tenth step, coffee is put in to a vacuum to dry out all water. At the last step, the final product of coffee is packed and sealed carefully before being transported to supermarkets and convenient stores.
