Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter for seeking help to find my lost bag while traveling in one of your aircrafts. Last Sunday i.e. 13th September 2018, I travelled from New Delhi to Mumbai via Indigo flight departs at 8:00 am from New Delhi and I remember that travel bag was with me when I boarded the flight but when reached hotel in Mumbai, I realized that I lost somewhere while travelling.
This bag is travel bag used for keeping key items such as passport, currency, address etc. Bag is made of leather and of brown color. Besides, there is tag attached to the big chain which exhibit my photograph, name and address. I reminisce that my seat was at aisle side and following I settled, an old lady request me to change the seat on other side of aisle near to window. I immediately responded and agreed to exchange the seat. Since lots of other passengers were waiting to clear the passage for walking past, I rushed to other side without my bag, though my cabin bag was still in the box above my original seat.
Although no costly item, I kept in the bag, my childhood watch was in the bag which I generally keep with me as my lucky charm and I would not hesitate to say that I am missing watch a lot.
I request you to help me to find my bag as soon as possible. If there are any other queries, may be contacted at mobile number (7763800072). I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Lokha
