You recently went on a trip with a friend and you both took some photographs.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:
• ask your friend to send you one of the photographs
• explain why you need that particular photograph
• and tell your friend what happened to your copy of it.
Dear Hung,
It’s Truong, your pal. I’m sure you still remember our trip to Ba Na Hills last December, in which we took a ton of photographs together. Therefore, I’m writing this letter to ask for one particular photo that you shot.
Let’s cut to the chase. The picture I need is the one that captured a dancing-man shape of the cloud and myself underneath. I’d like to set this picture my Facebook cover which, I think, would be really awesome. With my new cover, I think I could attract my acquaintances’ attention and gain a huge amount of thumbs-up and likes. However, the photo is going to need some adjustments with Photoshop before being posted on my page with a few changes in color, saturation and sharpness. Since my Photoshop skills is limited, I would be very appreciated if you could help with the adjustments since your skills is way more advanced.
Anyway, I’m really looking forward to receiving this photograph from you.
Your best friend,
Truong Nguyen
