You have just moved into a new home and are planning to hold a party. You are worried that noise may disturb your neighbor.

Write a letter to your neighbour. In your letter

introduce yourself
describe your plans for the party
invite your neighbor to come

Dear Mr. Sam,

I hope you and your family are all well! I`m writing to inform you about the party where I will organize at number 27 flat on the second floor where I have recently moved into.

My name is Ayoub, and I have been a resident at the same building with you over two weeks, and I hope to be friends not only neighbors. When I decided to arrange a celebration party, I could assume that it may create some noise to you. Therefore, I would like to share with you some information about it to avoid any inconvenience might occur.

My wife and I will organize in celebration of our wedding anniversary in the week end on Sunday at 10 PM. The party is arranged for our celebration of our fifth wedding anniversary which is due next Sunday. We arranged a DJ to play some musical songs, but we assure you that we will not raise the sound too much. Few of our closest friends will come with their families to celebrate with us this special moment, but we requested them not to bring their kids to control the party.

Why do not you join us the party? It would be our pleasure to get closer with you and your family as a friend. You can come any time suits you after 10 PM.

Seeing you,

Ayoub
