The diagram below show the stages and equipment used in the process of cement making and how cement is used to produce the concrete for building purpose.
The first pictorial representation highlights the process of cement production, and the second diagram a diagramatic representation depicts the process, how the concrete can be manufactured by using cement and other equipment.
It can be seen that, the cement is made using two raw material ,and the manufacturing consist of four distinct stages such as: crushing, mixing , rotating heater and grinding. surprisingly, during the production of concrete, it requires only one key steps.
Prior to the production, two main elements; lime stone and clay both crush together with crusher ,and this crusher convert these two components into powdered form. Nextly, for proper mixing of both elements, mixed together with the help of mixer ,and which thereby send the powder to the rotator. As it is in rotatary tube , heat is introduce from the end of the tube before blend dropped on the grinder. Interestingly, grinder change the powder into cement, which is packed into bag.
In order to produce concrete, there are four main elements; cement(15%), water(10%), sand(25%) and small stone(50%) respectively. All these components added, in the right proportion into simple machine namely, concrete mixture ,and for manufacturing concrete this machine start rotating with clockwise direction.
