The diagram below shows the water cycle, which is the continuous movement of water on, above and below the surface of the Earth.
The provided flow diagram illustrates the process of continuous and natural flow of water in various forms on, above and below the earth's surface.
In general, this cycle involves three basic processes such as; evaporation which involves coversion of water into water vapours, condensation which involves formation of water drops from vapours and precipitation which involves rainfall or snowfall for the completion of the water cycle.
It is interesting to notice, water available in water bodies first evaporates due to the heating effects of sun then due to decrease in temperature of water vapours, it condenses to form clouds in the atmosphere. Clouds then move to other places and when the amount of water vapours in the cloud increases, it starts precipitation in the form of snow or rain. After precipitation, water is again collected in water bodies on or in the surface of earth . This natural cycle continues again and again.
