-Explain why you are dissatisfied
-Say what you want the manager to do.
Respected Manager,
I had step in your store one week ago. My computer was giving some problem while i was working on it. Whenever i start my computer, it again and again ask for rebooting. I handed over my computer to your staff for the repair and got the service request number too. On the very next day, your staff member called me that computer is fine and you can pick it from our office.
Yesterday, i went to your office and collected my computer from your office. After reaching home, i arranged and attached all the components of it. It was working fine for some hours but again it asked for rebooting. As i reboot my computer, screen starts showing "Windows got corrupted". Now, i am not able to even reboot my computer. Again, i visited your store for the complaint but the person at reception did not respond well at all. He said that we handed over your computer in running state so you need to be paid for the service again.
First of all, i want that the person who is attending the customers should be given training that how to deal with them. Secondly, i had paid for the services at your office. so, it is your responsibilty to provide me computer in error free state and this time it should be done free of cost.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
