According to the article, in many companies, one of the best ways to approaches to the project is creating gropes. And provides some reasons until supported this idea . However, the lecturer contradicts this idea by mentioning some major points around a topic.
Frist of all, the reading states that. Collecting groups is so beneficial, because this means, a wider range of knowledge, tactics, and skills. On the contrary the, the professor refutes this point. And he asserts that in some gropes, a few members don contribute in the grope in addition. some members work more and more. And you could not a recognition that each one working or not.
Second, the article explains, that when some persons works together as a group, the group work very fast and could solve the problem, in addition, making a decision is easy. While, the speaker rejects this idea, and he claims, working as a group not so fast because many times the group needs to meet for solving problems. In fact, meeting needs more times.
Lust but not least, the assignment said that taking grope is very rewarding for members. On the other hand, lecturer denies this concept and he illustrates, in some groups there are one or two people get a decision for all of the members, and they want to convince another person that their ideas are correct. In this situation, some of the people in the group don’t have the excellent mode.
