Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring to your knowledge about some important papers I left at hotel. Also, I have a request to your hotel. Please allow me to provide more details on this.
I had booked the hotel from 18th sept to 20th sept for business purpose. My room number was 206. Due to some emergency at my home, there was sudden change in the plan and I had to return to my home. Realization of the fact that I have forgotten some important papers at the hotel room, happened once I reached at home. You could find this papers inside the drawer near study table. This papers are very important as it holds the information about the important deal our organization is finalizing next week.
Please consider this as my humble request to and destroy the paper as it holds quite sensitive data about the company. Request you to kindly confirm once it’s done.
Gratefully yours,
Ashita
