You bought a TV a week ago when you go home, you discovered it did not work properly. You called customer service to report the problem but you have not yet received any help.
Write a letter to the company and in your letter.
1. Introduce yourself
2. Explain the problem
3. And state what action you would like from the company
Dear Sir/Madame,
First of all let me introduce myself. My name is Yan Aye and I have purchased a television from your good company one week ago. This letter is to complain the faulty product and express my disappointment on the customer service.
After one week of usage, the colour accuracy of the purchased television is questionable which shows red colour as pink. Sometimes, I can even see dead pixels on the screen. I did call customer service to seek for advice on the defective television but unfortunately, I do not receive any support since then.
I am truly upset with post purchased service of the company. Since the product is still under warranty period, I would like to receive one for one unit replacement. Otherwise, I would expect to get an explanation and action plan on how you can fix this television.
I am looking forward to hearing you and hope you can come back with a solution.
Yours Sincerely,
Mr. Yan Aye
