Dear Sara,
Thanks for being my host this summer for four weeks, I have just received the details on an email from program manager that I will be staying with you, so I wanted to give you heads up. My name is Mike and I am currently working in India as english instructor for a private institution and i will be visiting New Zealand for an english and homestay program.
Since this is the first time I am visting Newzealand, i wanted to ask you if you pass me directions on how to arrive at your house in Wellington from airport.Similarly, if you could also help arrange a local cab which could help to pick and drop me from your house to the 35 caring avenue as the program is scheduled at this location.I would be arriving on 25th June around 11 pm flight number XJ1234 Qantas Airlines from Delhi-Singapore-Wellington, there will be a short halt in Singapore.
I look forward to meeting you soon.
Yours faithfully
vinshu
