The first chart below gives information about the money spent by British parents on their children’s sports between 2008 and 2014. The second chart shows the number of children who participated in three sports in Britain over the same time period.
The two presented line graph enumerates the average monthly that British’s parent pays for their children’s sporting activities and the number of children in British who took part in three different types of sports Football, Athletics and Swimming in the years 2008 and 2014.
Overall, it is clearly seen that there was a significant rise in the amount of money annually paying for the offspring’s physical work out during the six years period. In addition, in term of children behavior, Football, Athletics and Swimming were all experienced an upward trend.
To be more specific, in 2008, average monthly money was paid for British’s kids almost 20 pounds by their parents and kept a gradual increase over the next following six years, finally, it reached the apex at over 30 pounds in 2014.
Otherwise, the second graph illustrates a fluctuated trend, in 2008 approximately 8 million participants attractive in Football, whereas, Athletics and Swimming players less than 1 and nearly 2 million respectively. The figure of the football joiners remained relatively stable between 2008 to 2014. By contrast, participation in Swimming roughly doubled, around 4 million children in 2014 compared to 2008, but, there was a dramatic change show the index more than fivefold increase in the number of children enrolled in Athletics.
