Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in reference to issue a new debit card. My name is Bob Simmons and I have recently opened a savings account number 75869230530 with your financial institution and the experience of opening the account with your bank was amazing. I am looking forward to this association.
For the banking purposes I was issued a net banking kit which included debit card but it seems to have some technical issue. To elucidate the electronic chip of my debit card has gone faulty and I am not able to withdraw money. I tried to withdrawal attempts at a few banking kiosks but the machine fails to recognize the debit card. I had requested your customer care yesterday to process the request of a new card over the call but they specifically instructed me to write a letter requesting for it as they said that such requests can only be completed if they had a written instruction from my end.
On the contrary, I would like to highlight that I have only one bank account and it is becoming increasingly difficult to manage without cash so I would ask you to process my request and send a new debit card to my postal address.
