You are visiting another town next month for a short break. Write a letter to the tourist information centre. In your letter
Tell them how long you are staying
Ask for some suggestions for what to do
Find out if there are any local events happening at the time
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inquire about the Madhya Pradesh tourist activities for the month of May. I will be traveling to the city of Bhopal for a long weekend, next month.
our accommodation is booked at The Kahana forest Resort, which is very close to the forest reserve. I will be there with my family for a short span of four days. I shall arrive on the 23rd of July- morning and depart on the 26th of July, late evening.
I will be extremely grateful if you could suggest some important destinations to explore and list down a few interesting sights to visit. I will need your assistance to pack the necessary gear for our much-awaited jungle-safari.
I have heard of the tribal festival and the night markets. I request you to provide some more details on the same, along with a local map. Furthermore, I would appreciate any personal recommendations from you. this is our first family-vacation to your start and would like to make it a memorable one with your help.
Hoping for a quick and favorable response.
Yours sincerely,
Kathy Kate
